Tendel Zangmo completed higher secondary school in 2003. I completed a diploma course in Commercial Accounting and Basic Tally (6.3) from 2005 to 2006. Before joining the ECCD facilitator role at Loden, I worked in the private sector. I have 13 years of experience as an ECCD facilitator.
In 2012, I received basic training. In 2013, I worked on ECCD C4D materials for the parenting program and developed the English curriculum for ECCD. In 2014, I completed Rapid Neurodevelopmental Assessment (RNDA) training and Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) training for early childhood parenting education. In 2015, I took part in Early Literacy Maths (ELM) training and refreshed my ELM skills in 2016. In 2016, I also participated in a training program on empowering ECCD facilitators to create an inclusive classroom for children with special needs in Bhutan. I refreshed my ELM training again in 2017. In 2018, I attended the ECCD conference and contributed to the rollout of the parenting program. In 2019-2020, I underwent training on the Four Pillars of Wall and Fund Raising. I completed Damtsi Activity Guide Training in 2022.
Every year, I receive a Certificate of Appreciation from parents and the school.
