At the Loden Foundation, our commitment to cultivating entrepreneurs extends far beyond the provision of financial assistance. We adopt a holistic approach that integrates rigorous Mentoring and continuous Monitoring of our beneficiaries. Leveraging our extensive network of national and international mentors - many of whom are distinguished Loden alumni or long‑standing friends of the Foundation - we ensure that each entrepreneur receives the sustained guidance and support essential for long‑term success.
Our dedicated team undertakes annual field visits to a minimum of 25 entrepreneurs, frequently accompanied by international mentors, to evaluate progress and provide strategic guidance aimed at fostering sustainable business growth. As pioneers of structured mentorship in Bhutan, the Loden Foundation has established itself as a leading institution with unparalleled expertise in this domain. Beyond cultivating a robust network of mentors, we have trained local professionals and implemented numerous time‑bound mentoring programmes, thereby ensuring that our entrepreneurs receive enduring and impactful support throughout their journey.
Today, our expertise in mentoring plays a pivotal role in advancing a range of entrepreneurship development initiatives, most notably the Springboard Plus Seed Accelerator Programme. Through this engagement, entrepreneurs benefit from tailored guidance that is indispensable to their success. Moreover, our active participation in the global mentoring ecosystem - as a referral partner for the Cherie Blair Foundation’s Mentoring Programme - underscores our enduring commitment to providing robust, internationally recognized support to Bhutanese entrepreneurs.
