Kinley Wangmo, from Pemaling, Sarpang, is an aspiring medical doctor who completed Class XII at Gelephu Higher Secondary School. She is the eldest of five siblings supported by their father, a Royal Bhutan Police officer nearing superannuation, and their mother, a homemaker. Despite financial challenges, Kinley has consistently excelled academically, earning recognition from His Majesty the King for academic excellence during middle school. With a partial scholarship from the Department of Adult and Higher Education (DAHE) and support from the Loden Scholarship, she is set to pursue an MBBS degree at Kelaniya University, Sri Lanka.
