My name is Gyem Tshering, and I am pursuing BSc in Nursing at Royal Thimphu College. Growing up in a home marked by domestic violence and parental separation, I learned resilience, empathy, and a deep desire to care for others. To support my education and family, I worked during school vacations, which taught me responsibility and independence. Financial struggles remain a challenge, but the Loden Foundation scholarship has lightened my burden and strengthened my commitment to serve others.
