Dhan Maya, from Domphuchen in Samtse, is a graduate of Tendruk Central School, known for her diligence, volunteerism, and active participation in co-curricular activities. Inspired by the importance of accessible healthcare, she aspires to become a nurse and contribute to Bhutan's healthcare system. Despite financial challenges, with her unemployed parents supporting five children through subsistence farming and seasonal labor, Dhan Maya’s determination remains steadfast. As a Loden Scholar, she now has the opportunity to pursue her aspirations and advocate for equal opportunities in Bhutan.
