Tej Bdr Ghalley is the co-founder of Global Woods and Lumber, a Phuentsholing-based wood-processing enterprise producing blockboard frames and sustainable wood products. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Gedu College of Business, Tej has extensive experience in startup development, project management, and scaling businesses.

Since launching Global Woods and Lumber in 2024, Tej has grown the company to employ 14 staff members and secure partnerships with prominent Indian clients, achieving over Nu. 1.8 million in revenue within six months. He also founded My Venture Business Consultancy, providing tailored business solutions and helping clients secure funding from organizations like the Loden Foundation.
