Founded by Damcho Dema, an entrepreneur with over 15 years of professional and management experience, the venture will transform locally produced milk into yogurt and yogurt drinks using modern equipment and hygienic processing methods. By utilizing an underused government facility as its processing unit, the business reduces setup costs while creating value for the community.

The enterprise will collect fresh milk from local farmers and process around 100 litres daily into plain and flavored yogurt products packaged in various sizes. These will be supplied to retailers, wholesalers, schools, institutions, and households across Samdrup Jongkhar and nearby towns. By adding value to raw milk, the project addresses challenges faced by farmers such as low prices, transportation costs, and wastage, while enabling better income generation and employment opportunities, particularly for women.
