Loden Appoints New Webmaster
Loden Foundation is expecting much dynamic and faster web maintenance service after the appointment of new webmaster on 9 February 2012. The Governing Board and the Management Council jointly agreed to take on Green e-Solutions www.drukhost.com,as a new part-time webmaster firm. Sangay Tshering is the Marketing Executive of Green e-Solutions. He is also the present chairperson of the Association of Loden Entrepreneurs and a co-founder of ‘Mops and Condoms’, a cleaning agent based in Thimphu.
Sangay will offer web hosting, maintenance and domain registration services along with the regular maintenance service after the expiry of present domain registration. Sangay also intends to orient Loden staffs on basics of web maintenance to enable them to carry out minor updates independently.
As Sangay offered this service at very modest rate, Loden hopes to spend little resources saved from it for other charitable activities.
“We promise what we can deliver and we deliver more than what we promised”, said Sangay Tshering in his application. Loden is hopeful that he would keep up to what he promised.
