WAYS YOU CAN HELP THE LODEN FOUNDATION AND BHUTAN
Loden Sponsorship Scheme
You can sponsor the education of a
child. It costs only about £100 a year to support a student in high school and about
£75 for a student in primary school. You can contact us
for the list of children who are seeking help. We encourage sponsors and
beneficiaries to develop a personal link while also being careful that no
untoward exchanges take place.
Loden Entrepreneurship Programme
Unemployment is becoming a major problem in
Bhutan. You can help these young people by supporting Loden Entrepreneurship
Programme (LEP). You can sponsor a LEP project, make an interest-free loan to an
entrepreneur, volunteer to be a mentor or instructor if you have
entrepreneurial skills and experience, or make a donation to our programme
funds. You can also donate books, CDs or other forms of materials on
entrepreneurship.
Loden Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base provides free
internet access and library facilities on higher education and
entrepreneurship. You can help us maintain and expand this Knowledge Base by
donating funds or materials on higher education and entrepreneurship.
If you are not interested in any of
the above projects but are still thinking of supporting or working with Loden, contact us to learn more about our training programmes and other activities. |
